I am 7 weeks pregnant and have high anxiety.? - normal hb for a 3 year old

My 1st U / S was born on 3/11/09 and saw HB 135bpm. The doctor said everything looked good and did not see me for 5 weeks. My nausea comes and goes, and breast tenderness. Slight pain when I sit in a certain position (no bleeding or spotting) and the staff as a doctor told me it was normal. What is fever? Last 12/1/08 miscarriage. I have a nice 4 years, but we hope that this pregnancy goes well, to accommodate the family. Suggestions for reducing my anxiety and I must ask the doctor before 5 weeks.
